Can I download Solift yet?
Solift is preparing for release on iOS and Android. Store links and confirmed platform requirements will appear here when available. No release date is announced yet.
How do I keep my training safe?
Solift keeps your journal on your device. A saved session can be resumed after reopening the app. Before reinstalling or changing phones, export a JSON backup from Settings → Data and keep it somewhere safe. Do not rely on uninstalling and reinstalling to preserve local data.
Can I bring my Strong or Hevy history?
The current candidate supports previewing supported Strong and Hevy CSV exports before import. This transfers supported training records, not your entire account or every attachment. Keep the original file, review the preview, and check exercise mappings and units. Supported file variants are still being verified for release.
Is iCloud sync a complete backup?
No. In supported, configured iOS builds, private iCloud sync is limited to structured journal fields. Names, notes, custom photos, body measurements and energy are excluded. A manual JSON backup retains more journal content, but not energy records or records still only on an offline watch. Android Google Drive sync is not available.
Why did a rest reminder not appear?
Check notification permissions, Focus or Do Not Disturb, and your device’s battery settings. A reminder also needs to be enabled in Solift. Lock-screen and background delivery depend on the operating system and are not guaranteed.
How will lifetime Pro and restore work?
Core logging and history are free. Lifetime Pro expands routine creation, custom exercises and long-term charts. Restore purchases uses the account and store used for the original purchase. Apple and Google purchases are separate; a backup or iCloud sync does not transfer Pro. Final pricing will be shown by the store.
How can I delete my data?
Delete individual records in the app. Deleting a workout also deletes its associated energy from that phone. Before uninstalling, handle any pending watch records and any enabled cloud copies. Exports, other devices and Apple Health records are independent copies and need to be managed separately.
Will Solift work with a watch?
Apple Watch and Wear OS companions are being prepared and validated. Final device compatibility and availability will be announced with the release. Watch transfers and optional health features are not a substitute for a phone backup.
